The young scholars from the Citadel came to me with a promotional flyer from the dessert shop, wondering why chocolates were being sold in special bundles with lovely wrappings on my birthday.
It was in that moment that I discovered I share my birthday with such a unique event.
It's quite a rare occurrence when Mr. Dustin and Sommer aren't out on field operations, so we decided to treat ourselves to a chocolate cake.
I made sure to save a slice for you too. Wishing you joy on this special day.
